" Hertz was super, Staff super friendly and free upgrade for us. Only drawback was finding out how far the car lot was from the train station. Sort of confusing to find it (even though Hertz gave directions) and was a pain to get us and our stuff from station to lot. But, small problem compared to the great level of service Hertz counter person offered. "

" I like Kemwel a lot. We have been regular customers since 1991 and have never had a bad experience with you. We have had some rental car problems, but those have always been fixed easily. "
" Check-in was a bit chaotic, drop-off was bad. I stood there for about 10 minutes while people around me (before and after) were waited on and I was mostly ignored, though there were a lot of attendants standing around. When I was finally helped, the man was quite brusque and really did not tell me anything. He finally looked up and saw me standing there and said "you can go now your receipt is emailed". This is not like previous experiences I have had and was less pleasant. I like EuropCar a lot and requested them this time. But this process needs some work. "

" For more than 20 years Kemwel has been my "one stop shop" for rental vehicles in Germany. I've never had a problem with the vouchers they provide. Get a voucher, show up at the Europcar rental counter in Frankfurt or Munich and pick up your vehicle. "
