" Very easy to contact customer service. They were very responsive in answering question about taking car to Sicily and made note on voucher to verify. "
" At pickup counter staff said that due to the length of the rental (31 days) it might be necessary for them to swap out the vehicle part way through and they wanted my cell phone number to contact me to make those arrangements. It never happened but I thought it was a strange request. "

" It was perfect except the pick up. It lasted over 2 hours for me to get that car and after a long trip it was very unpleasant. Furthermore, due to these lost hours we couldn't make it to many things that were planned for the day. Just need a warning to plan accordingly. "
