" Everything was perfect. The only thing was they call me just few minutes of my flight to ask about the car keys which I put in the dropbox. They didn't realize that those keys were mine since there was no plate number on it. Funny story but with a great end. "

" Rather disappointed when I had to return the first vehicle less than three weeks into the two month rental, because they had sold it back to FIAT. Couldn't they have planned around this? Furthermore the guy who called me and told me I had to return the vehicle threatened to elevate the situation and call the cops if I did not want to return the vehicle, when I merely clarified if this is something that was appropriate... This is terrible. They did mitigate the situation at the end by telling me I could return the FIAT 500 with an empty tank though, and would receive the same vehicle at the exchange location, but still this was inadequate. To add insult to injury, I had to drive more than half hour to the nearest hertz location, and was promised the same vehicle (FIAT 500) only for that location to say no same vehicle replacement and was given a FIAT panda 4x4 and a take leave or leave it approach. Would probably not rent with Hertz in future. "

" I was not happy with the experience of dropping off my car. It was hard to know where to park the car and the attendant was rude. Also, I wish when I checked out the car the staff person had asked if I wanted to prepay the gas refill. I ended up having to drop it off with the tank only 1/4 full (I stopped at a gas station before dropping it off but it rejected my two credit cards & then took my last 50-euro note but did not dispense any gas - and by that time I was running out of time & needed to catch my flight) and was charged 114 euros by Sicily by Car which is exorbitant. However, having said that, the counter staff were very friendly and efficient. "
