" I have rented cars with Kemwel for about 15 years. Before that I was renting with Auto Europe, but now they are the same company. My only concern is that this year the zero deductible coverage has increased considerably from previous years. I just hope it doesn't keep going up but I'm not sure if this is under Kemwel control. "

" The only problem with Hertz at Marco Polo airport is that there are two counters: one for Hertz Gold and another for everything else. The Hertz Gold counter is the first you encounter, however there is no signage to indicate that it is solely for Hertz Gold. It simply says Hertz. There is no indication that if you are not a Hertz Gold member, you should go elsewhere. I waited in line a long time, only to be told that I had to go to the other counter which was two floors away. When I finally got the the correct counter, however, the assistance was admirable. "
