" I have used Kemwel over the years and my direct contacts with personnel there have been very helpful. In addition, the application I had to complete to reserve the car was easier to complete. I also did not have the problem with getting the page size correct. That had been a very bothersome problem with the Peugeot applications. "
" I had no problems with the car. I had some difficulty of understanding the need to add AdBlue, an additive used now in diesels to reduce air pollution. I have sent a similar survey to Citroën, but there was one item I intended to mention but was unable to do so. Before I got the car, I was sent an email to add an App "ScanMyCitroën" in place of having a printed manual. I tried to add the App but was unable to do so. It asked me for a country of residence and used a list of countries for me to choose. The list did not include a choice for the USA. So, I was not able to obtain the app. it prevented me from obtaining information about the car. I would like this information forwarded to Citroën. In particular, the GPS was very similar to the ones I had with Peugeot on past occasions, but there were some differences. If I had a manual, I think I could have looked up information on it and on other matters related to the control panel. All in all, I had an agreeable situation with TT Car Transit. Next time, though, I am going to come prepared to ask a few more questions. "

I picked up and returned the car to the CDG Airport T2 but have since received an invoice from SIXT indicating that a Flex-Return fee of 16.66 Euro for returning the car to Paris Gare De Lyon- which is an error on the SIXT side- the car was picked up and returned to CDG. "

" When I called Kemwel for assistance on September 21 after receiving no assistance from Hertz, I was very pleased with the patience of the representative and the information I was given. I have used and recommended Kemwel many times! "
" I arrived at CDG on time. My car reservation was made months in advance through Kemwel, yet after check in, a car was not available. I waited with my contract in hand. The staff kept telling me the car was coming. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I told the staff that I really needed a car to start my journey. The staff gave me the keys to a Peugeot 308. Curiously, my contract stated that I was driving a Ford Focus. The Peugeot had exterior damage and was dirty. The interior had trash, such as a water bottle, banana peel, and candy wrappers. After I had driven the car for a week, I noticed that it was stopping on inclines when it was in first gear. It would not restart without gunning it. The stalling made the car dangerous when driving out of an underground parking garage or at an uphill intersection. On Sunday, September 21, I called Hertz's overseas helpline, but could not get a person on the phone. I tried six times using every concievable phone menu option for requesting help. I also I emailed Hertz on Sunday, Sept. 21, asking for assistance. A week later, I received a laughably idiotic reply which said, "We apologize for the late response despite a considerable number of emails we did not have the opportunity to process your request in time." Anyway, back to the story, on Sept. 21, I called Kemwel and was provided with information about taking the car to a Hertz location near where I was staying in France to exchange the car for a new vehicle without mechanical issues. On Monday morning, I drove to the Hertz location in Versailles and was informed by its staff that the Hertz location was actually a franchisee without obligations to Hertz's main corporate office; however, the mechanic looked at the car and disabled a feature which was either a braking stabilizer or the energy saver...whatever it was, it was responsible for stalling the car on inclines. With the problem solved, I did not have to drive to an airport location to swap out the car. On Friday, September 27, when I returned the car to Hertz at CDG, the attendant saw the damage and began to cluck. I showed him the form given to me when I obtained the car, which showed the damage. Only then, did he acknowledged that the car was damaged when I received it. In sum, Hertz was not prepared for my rental experience at the outset; Hertz's help line is not helpful; Hertz's internent customer service is deplorable; and Hertz was prepared to charge me for body damage caused by another driver. "

" The Peugeot 3008 performed flawlessly over more than 8,000 km and used about 6.6l per 100km in widely varied driving conditions.. Very comfortable back seat, the reason we leased this car instead of the more utilitarian Partner Teepee (or whatever the current model is called). But it is tight for any cargo beyond the four passengers and is extremely difficult for one to sense the limits of the exterior envelope, making parking a tense and difficult shore,whether going forward or backing up. You have to rely on the backup camera, a risky proposition in any car. "

" Very pleased - starting with the fact that the lease cost was reasonable and included the insurance coverage. Appreciated being able to access pdf copies the vehicle manual, emergency procedure brochure, directions to the rental site, etc., to allow us time to familiarize with the vehicle, location, etc., before the trip. Rental site staff had everything ready for us to receive and, 21 days late, to return the vehicle. Explained the location and operation of several of the key components/features of the vehicle. The vehicle looked good and handled well, and was easy to operate. Property sized for the luggage and back-packs we were transporting (good guess on our part) and yet small enough to maneuver on the tight turns and narrows roads - and, better yet - to fit into most parking spaces. "

" The counter staff at CDG were in total disarray. A 5 minute pickup of our car turned into a 1 hour ordeal. No one was happy waiting to just be waited on. All info that was sent in via internet for the rental had to be reentered by the counter person. The whole car rental area was in chaos. This needs to be repaired. "

" i picked the car up in paris in a parking garage. i took a cab from the hotel and it was difficult to find because there was no signage outside the garage. the biggest problem was the outside condition of the car. all scratched and dented. the garage was dark and hard to see the damage. if i had i would not have accepted. i have pictures if you are interested.
