" During this CoronaVirus time, your staff did not have useful suggestions for dropping off one car and picking up our next car which we had already paid for. As a result, we are without any car until June 4th. How simple it would have been for them to say " just keep the current car that you have". We, instead, cancelled our next contract. We have used Europcar for years and this is the first time that they have let us down. "

" just the check in was slow as we had to wait for exactly the time I indicated. flying , you never know exactly but we were lucky to arrive earlier and after a 13 hour + flight and a 3 hour drive to our destination we wanted to go but thay made us wait for the exact time to check in. We could have saved an hour and caught up on the jjet lag. "
