General Leasing Information

The Peugeot Open Europe short term lease program offers new Peugeot brand vehicles direct from the factory for short stay clients arriving in the European Union. Some of the advantages of this program include a tax free contract, full insurances with no excess for travel in most countries, and a brand new vehicle that is registered and insured in the client's name. Generally vehicles are equipped with power steering, anti-lock braking systems (ABS), front airbags, power steering, central locking, radio, CD players, MP3 compatible, Bluetooth & USB port, and cruise control. All wagon models have luggage covers.

Important note: Please book well in advance.
Registration papers should be filled out and returned to your agent at least four weeks prior to collection date of your car. Additional time may be required if you are collecting outside of France. It may be possible to arrange a buy back on short notice, please call us toll-free at 1-877-820-0668 for more information.

If you have already received a voucher number you can confirm your reservation with a major credit card.

How long can a Buy Back be?

• All Buy Backs must be for a minimum of 15 days.
• Buy Backs beginning and ending in France may be for no longer than 175 days.
• Buy Backs beginning and ending outside of France may be for no longer than 165 days.
• Students, teachers, trainees and missionaries can book a buy back for longer than 175 days. .

Who is eligible?

• You must be a non-European Union resident (European Union citizens living outside the E.U. can take advantage of the Buy Back program).
• Must be over 18 years. No upper age limit.

All Peugeot rates include:

• A brand new Peugeot direct from the factory.
• Full vehicle insurance cover including third party liability and theft.
• Full factory warranty.
• Unlimited kilometres.
• 24 hour Peugeot roadside assistance.
• Vehicles are equipped with a radio and CD player.
• Maps and Peugeot client information guide.
• All Peugeot vehicles are left hand drive.
• No insurance excess.
• No extra driver charges.
• No airport supplements.

The following countries are covered by insurance and for assistance:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (Greek Territory only)~, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Corsica), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece (excludes Crete and Greek Islands), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (including Sicily and Sardinia), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (including Azores and Madeira), Romania, San Marino, Serbia*, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Balearic and Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, the Vatican, United Kingdom.

~The cover of insurance provided for Cyprus is limited to the geographical parts of Cyprus which are under control of the government of the Republic of Cyprus.

*The cover of insurance provided for Serbia is limited to the Republic of Montenegro and the geographical parts of Serbia which are under control of the government of the Republic of Serbia.

Travel is not permitted into the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Belarus, Israel, Iran, Kosovo, Moldova, Morocco, Russia, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the Greek Islands. Travel to these countries is at the lessees risk and is not covered by the Peugeot insurance or Peugeot assistance.

If you need to pick-up or return your car outside of France, an additional fee applies. Approximate fees shown below. Fees must be pre paid and are applied to both delivery and collection outside of France.

Leasing Cancellation Policy

**Please be advised that the following penalties will apply in case of cancellation. (Note: No show fee also applies if canceled at delivery if no longer needing the car or does not meet clients expectations):

Applicable Cancellation Charges for Car Leases:

30 days and more prior to scheduled delivery - NO FEE
30 days and less if registered - €1000
30 days and less if not registered - €300
No Show/Canceling on date of delivery - FULL PREPAID AMOUNT OF CONTRACT, NO REFUND

Cancellation at the time of delivery:

For any reason, if you are not pleased with the vehicle and wish to cancel, you must not take delivery of the vehicle. This is compulsory.

If you wish to change the car for another one, you will be invoiced for the following fees (registration of the first car + other expenses), but you must not take delivery of the first car.

Early Return Policy

The following terms apply if you return your vehicle early.

• Initial contract must be for more than 30 days.
• Return must be 7 days or more before the contracted Return Date.
• Client must request refund from the Booking Agent.
• Refund will be daily rate (after the 21-day minimum contract), per day unused, minus 16%.
• There will be no refund less than the 21-day rate.
• Please be advised the rate structure on a car lease is one rate for the first 17 day period and an additional charge for each additional day. If you require further details of the possible refund for shortening your lease, contact our representatives.
