Delivery and Return Instructions

If you are arriving into Basel-Mulhouse Airport off of a flight, a Peugeot representative will greet you on the French side in the arrivals hall. It is very important that you have your correct flight details so that the agent can meet you at the appropriate time. An agent will be holding a Peugeot Open Europe sign so that you can identify them. If your flight details change for any reason, contact the Peugeot office at the numbers listed below. Upon your arrival, you will be taken directly to your vehicle. Please make sure to have your passport and purchase order ready.

To return your vehicle, please contact Peugeot Sodexa no less than 72 hours before your predetermined drop date to arrange a time. They will advise you to follow the Departures arrows for the French side of the airport and park in the parking spaces in front of the building. An agent will be waiting for you in the Departures Hall.
