Delivery and Return Instructions
When picking up a car at the Calais Port, you are to proceed to the Budget counter in the Terminal Est Car Ferry Hall. Follow the signs for Terminal Est Car Ferry Parking Visiteurs. A toll-free telephone is available at the counter for your use. After calling, you will be looked after by a Budget representative.
To return your vehicle, please contact Peugeot Sodexa 4 business days prior to your predetermined date. The information, formalities and procedures required will be provided to you when you call to make your appointment.
You must have an appointment to drop off your vehicle at the Calais Port. Use the courtesy phone at the Budget counter.
